New Pipes

Help! I want to place a new tail pipe on my 99 Savage so I can give it a loud sound. I thought about knocking the inside of the muffler like my uncle does on his harley's, but I dont want to have to screw with the jets. Any body have and ideas how I can get a deeper sound without re jetting... :-)
